Tim Shaw and Seth Teagle, also partners in New Edge Builders, bring decades of combined experience in construction, development, and strategic project delivery. Their expertise focuses on design efficiency, value engineering, and practical innovation — ensuring each home maximizes space, quality, and livability. From smarter framing layouts and headroom-optimized basements to luxury details like wide-span patio doors and natural-light-filled interiors, their work balances elegance with buildability.
